Jerome Demoncy

Jerome Demoncy has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Procurement and Inbound Logistic Manager at EJ since March 2018, leading a team to optimize logistics flows and storage while implementing innovative processes. Previously, as a Supply Chain Analyst at EJ, contributions included deploying new supply chain methodologies across the EMEA region and integrating the EJ Deutschland GmbH subsidiary into the ERP system. Prior experience at Newell Brands as a Supply Chain Project Manager focused on project management for sales forecasting and supply chain deployment, while earlier roles at Mapa Spontex as a KEY USER of SAP SD involved system audits, user training, and data migration. Jerome holds dual Master's degrees in logistics and supply chain management from CESTI and Supmeca Paris.
