John Alderman

John Alderman is an accomplished National Specification Sales Manager with extensive experience in the construction and building sectors. Currently at EJ since January 2023, John leads sales efforts for access solutions related to water, sewer, drainage, telecommunications, and utility networks on a national scale. Prior to this role, John served as the SIGA Natural Slate Technical Specification Manager at SIG Design and Technology from January 2022 to December 2022, focusing on natural roofing materials. John also held the position of National Specification Sales Manager at Surespan Ltd from January 2017 to January 2022, where innovation in access products was a priority. Earlier career experience includes serving as National Sales Manager at Jet Cox Ltd / Coxdome from March 2015 to January 2017, specializing in rooflights and roof glazing systems. John holds an HNC in Business and Finance with a focus on Construction Management and an HNC in Building and Civil Engineering from the University of Northampton.
