Lydia Alodehou has a vast work experience in marketing and sales roles. Lydia started their career at Ets Bontemps as a Sales Assistant and Marketing Activity Developer. After that, they worked at Asco Joucomatic in various marketing positions, including Product Marketing Europe and Marketing European Subsidiaries Special Products. Following that, they joined Baxi Group as a Product Marketing Manager. Lydia then moved on to ASCO Numatics as a Product Marketing Manager for Europe. Later, they worked at Airwell Group as the Group Marketing Director before joining Hager Group as a Corporate Strategic Marketing Manager. Currently, Lydia is working at EJ as the EMEA Marketing Director.
Lydia Alodehou has a diverse education history. Lydia obtained a DEUG degree in Biochemistry from Pierre and Marie Curie University in 1999. Lydia then pursued a Licence Sciences Pour l'Ingénieur (SPI) degree at the same university, specializing in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Marketing, and Sales Techniques. In 2001, Lydia completed their Licence SPI degree. Lydia later attended the Université de Picardie Jules Verne in Amiens, where they earned a Master's degree in Management of International Organizations (MOCI) in 2004, focusing on Economics and Management. Additionally, they pursued an MBA in Strategy and Marketing at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Extérieur ESCE Paris La Défense/IAE Poitiers from 2005 to 2006, specializing in Corporate Strategy, Management, and Strategic Marketing.
