Shawn Maher

Shawn Maher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing management and project engineering. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Manager at EJ since September 2015, Shawn Maher excels in driving continuous improvement, implementing lean manufacturing policies, and fostering a safe and quality-focused environment. Previously, at Lockheed Martin, responsibilities included project engineering on radar and sonar programs, labor and material forecasting, and serving as a subject matter expert in various engineering processes. Further expertise was gained in production control at New Venture Gear and systems analysis at Carrier Corporation. Shawn Maher holds an MBA in Management & Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Business from Le Moyne College, with majors in Information Technology and Finance.
