Dan Block

Dan Block is an impact-driven global investor currently serving as a Partner at Mercy Corps Ventures, where they lead efforts in climate resilience investments. With over 15 years of experience, Dan has managed diverse portfolios across public and private markets, executing more than 100 transactions, including significant roles at Goldman Sachs and the Global Innovation Fund. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Philosophy from Brown University and have studied economics at both the University of Chile and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Dan is bilingual in English and Spanish and is in the process of learning Portuguese.
