Michelle Paffe

Michelle Paffe is currently the Strategic International HR-Support at EJOT. Prior to their current role, Michelle worked as an HR-Assistant at HR-Assistent and HR-Generalist at EASY SOFTWARE. Michelle's experience includes talent sourcing, candidate management, event management, university marketing, and exhibiting at career fairs. Michelle has a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hochschule Merseburg.
