Troy Smith

Troy Smith has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and painting industry. Troy started their career as a Lead Painter at Coatings Inc in 1987 and worked there until 1991. Troy then joined Steel Tech Manufacturing as an E-Coat Production Manager from 1991 to 1996. In 1996, they became a Partner-Owner and Production and Operations Manager at ROSTCO, LLC, where they were responsible for various aspects of the business, including HR functions, procurement, collaboration with customers, and development of quality standards. In 2000, Troy joined E.K. Machine Co., Inc. as a Paint Department Manager, where they currently work.
