Ashish Bansal, FRM pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Rajasthan from 1999 to 2002. Ashish then went on to earn a Master of Commerce (MCom) degree in Financial Management from the same university from 2002 to 2004. Subsequently, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance & Systems at the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) from 2005 to 2007.
