Sumarani Sarkar

Sumarani Sarkar began their work experience in 2005 at ITM India Private Limited as a Team Lead in recruitment, responsible for end-to-end hiring processes. In 2008, they transitioned to Eka Software Solutions, starting as an Associate Director in Global Human Resources and later advancing to the position of Director in the same department in April 2019.

Sumarani Sarkar started their education at Sacred Heart Pre University College, where they completed their Pre University / 12th Standard in Business/Commerce. Sumarani then went on to Acharya Tulasi National College of Commerce, Kuvempu University, to pursue a BBM in Business Management. After that, they attended Bangalore University for an MBA in HR & Marketing. In 2018, they participated in an Executive Development Program in People Analytics at XLRI - VIL Programs. In 2023, Sumarani obtained additional certifications in Demo2win from 2Win! and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
