Herbert Su

Herbert Su has worked in various roles since 2011. Herbert began their career as a Camp Counselor for the City of El Cerrito in 2011. In 2015, they worked as a Mission Operations: Flight Dynamics for the ELFIN CubeSat Mission at UCLA. In 2016, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Basic Plasma Science Facility and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for the UCLA Physics and Astronomy Department. In 2017, Herbert began working as a Senior Associate at Infosys, where they facilitated a migration effort from a retiring CI/CD pipeline to a new enterprise standard pipeline for one of the Big Four Banks of the United States, and allocated, scheduled, and removed SAP system clearances of employees to both production-sensitive systems and non-production systems (development, testing, QA) for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. In 2019, they worked as a Consultant and Software Engineer at OfferingPlate Inc. and, in 2020, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at EKA Solutions, Inc.

Herbert Su attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2013 to 2017 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Astrophysics.
