Manohar Hage is a seasoned professional in Quality Management with expertise in Supplier Development, New Product Development, and Six Sigma methodologies. Currently serving as the Head of Supplier Quality Assurance at EKA, they lead the establishment of a comprehensive quality assurance framework for a Greenfield project, significantly improving supplier performance. Previously, Manohar held key roles at organizations such as Mahindra and John Deere, where they drove quality improvements and managed complex projects across various automotive sectors. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a DBM from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Manohar combines technical knowledge with management acumen to enhance product development and compliance.
