Rameshwar Jadhav is currently a Lead Engineer in R&D at EKA, where they focus on electric vehicles. Previously, they served as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at EKA, specializing in EV, LCV, and E-Bus manufacturing. Rameshwar is also an active member of the Alumni Committee for BAJA SAEINDIA since 2024. They earned a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from CSMSS Chh. Shahu College of Engineering in 2023 and obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Jalna in 2019.
