Rasika Salve is currently a Senior Engineer at EKA, having transitioned from Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where they served as an Engineer. Prior to that, Rasika was a Graduate Trainee at Mahindra Group, where they led the procurement and management of over 500 automotive parts from more than 20 suppliers.
