Shivraj Waghmare is currently a System Lead (Sr. Engineer) in R&D Proto Type at EKA Pinnacle Mobility Solutions in Chakan, PUNE, where they oversee projects from design to production with a focus on continuous improvement for high productivity. Previously, they served as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Kinetic Green, contributing to product development in the prototyping department. Shivraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Ambad Dist. Jalna, both achieved with high distinction.
