We are a small-batch, experimental fermentory in Chicago.

All of our ferments are made sustainably using only plant-based ingredients, including seasonal and local produce whenever we can grow or find them.

Every bottle and jar of our all-natural ferments are an ode to and an expression of gratitude for the smallest members of our world community: micro-organisms, who have lived and thrived alongside us for thousands of years.
