Raphael Y. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Raphael joined eKare Inc. in 2020 as the VP of Clinical Development. Prior to that, they worked at SerenaGroup Advanced Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine, where they served as the VP of Clinical Operations from 2019 to 2020 and as a Clinical Project Lead from 2014 to 2019. Raphael started their career as a Pharmacy Intern at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2013.

Raphael Y. attended Harvard Business School Executive Education from 2023 to 2024, focusing on AI, Digital Transformation, & Innovation. Prior to that, they studied Pharmaceutical Sciences at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences from 2013 to 2014. Raphael also pursued a field of study in Pharmacoeconomics and Health Outcomes at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they obtained certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner and Team Essentials for AI from IBM in 2023.
