Bret Cox

Bret Cox is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Employability at EKC Group since October 2021, overseeing the operational management of four adult education training centres that offer various courses. Bret previously held the role of Interim Assistant Director for Training Programmes, providing strategic leadership in digital, civil engineering, and construction sectors. Prior to joining EKC Group, Bret worked at IPS International Ltd as the Contracts & Compliance Section Manager, managing audit processes and subcontracted provisions. Bret's early career included being a Traineeship Delivery Manager and Tutor at MiddletonMurray, focusing on the delivery of work skills courses and team management. Bret holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Greenwich and has gained valuable experience in various roles, including factory operative and sales assistant, emphasizing strong management and operational skills throughout the career path.
