They started their career as a Security Analyst at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and progressed to roles such as Senior Cyber Security Analyst at BT and Information Security Specialist at NHS Digital. Currently, James serves as the Head of Managed Security Operations at Ekco MSS, focusing on strategy, team scaling, and enhancing detection and response capabilities. They are also pursuing degrees in Computer Forensics & Security at Teesside University and in Advanced Security & Digital Forensics at Edinburgh Napier University.
