Mark Neil

Mark Neil is currently the Head of Managed Services and Head of Support UK at Ekco. Prior to this, Mark held positions such as Service Operations Manager at Block Solutions, Service Desk Manager at Virtual1, and Network Engineer at Agilisys. Mark's experience also includes roles such as Senior Engineer (Team Leader), Solution Support Engineer, and Call Manager at various companies like Claranet and Thus Ltd (Now Vodafone). Mark completed their GNVQ Advanced and GNVQ Intermediate Business studies at South East Essex College. Mark has a background in managing corporate customer faults and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
