Stuart Jones

Stuart Jones has a strong background in technical operations and service management. Stuart has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 2022, they have been serving as the Head of Technical Operations at Ekco. Prior to this, they worked as the Services Director at Block Solutions from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Head of Service Operations at Ultima Business Solutions, where they had overall accountability for the day-to-day operational delivery of the company's Managed Services Division. Before that, they served as the Director of Service Operations at MTI from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for managed services, IT services, and service operations across EMEA. Jones also has experience as the Head of Service Management at Capita Asset Services from 2012 to 2015, the AVP Global Operations Assurance at Bank of America from 2008 to 2012, the Service Improvement Manager at Arqiva in 2007, and the IT Operations Manager at SunGard Public Sector from 2002 to 2007. Throughout their career, Jones has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, implementing service management frameworks, and ensuring operational performance and service excellence.

Stuart Jones attended Mary Linwood, Leicester from 1993 to 1996. Stuart obtained certifications in ITIL Expert, ITIL Intermediate Continual Service Improvement, ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy, ITIL Intermediate Service Transition, and ITIL Intermediate Service Operation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. The years of obtaining these certifications are 2011-2014.
