Jason Lula is a seasoned Manufacturing and Operations Director with over 25 years in the Medical Device and Surgical Implant Manufacturing field. They have held key leadership roles, including Plant Manager at Maitland Engineering and Director of Manufacturing Operations at Serim Research Corporation, where they significantly increased production capacity and drove company growth. Presently, Jason serves as the Site Director at EKF Diagnostics while pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration Management and Operations at Indiana University South Bend, where they are a Phi Theta Kappa member and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA. Their expertise includes Lean implementation, Six Sigma principles, and compliance with ISO and FDA regulations.
