Ashraf Ezzat is a Project Quantity Surveyor currently involved with Ferrovial and Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM (EKFB) as of July and August 2023, respectively. Previously, Ashraf held the position of Cost Estimator at Vaughan Constructions from September 2022 to April 2023 and worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at Arup from November 2021 to August 2022. At Arup, Ashraf specialized in underground tunnelling systems and raft foundations, utilizing GIS software and the OASys GSA program. As an Office Associate, experience was gained in designing prestressed concrete viaducts for the Dubai metro expansion, alongside material take-offs and technical report writing. Ashraf holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Management and Finance from the University of Reading, awarded in 2021 with a 2.1 (Hons) classification.
