Frederick Menz

Frederick Menz is a seasoned quantity surveyor with extensive experience in managing and overseeing commercial aspects of major infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the Managing Quantity Surveyor at Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM (EKFB) since March 2020, Frederick previously held the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor, focusing on HS2 C2 Bulk Earthworks. Prior roles include Senior Quantity Surveyor at KIER HIGHWAYS LIMITED, overseeing the M20 Junctions 3 to 5 Smart Motorway, and various senior and quantity surveying positions with Carillion Civil Engineering Limited, where responsibilities encompassed projects such as the East West Rail, Smart Motorway M20 J3-J5, and numerous early works and civils main works. Frederick's career began at Mowlem Railways as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, contributing to the Southeast Power Supply Upgrade.
