Gavin Sams

Gavin Sams is an experienced environmental professional with a robust background in environmental management and compliance, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Site Environment Manager at Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM since May 2021, responsibilities include managing environmental compliance, providing technical input, and overseeing progress reporting. Previously, as the Environment and Sustainability Manager at East West Railway Company, Gavin coordinated site surveys and worked on DCO applications. With roles such as Director Environment & Health at Ramboll and Associate Environmentalist at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure, expertise also includes environmental assessment, design management, and infrastructure bidding. Prior experience encompasses principal environmentalist roles at Amey and site management positions at Kier Group and Temple Consultants, focusing on major civil engineering schemes and environmental oversight.
