Tenniel Souter is currently serving as a Project Quality Manager at Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM (EKFB) since 2024. Prior to that, Tenniel was an Agency Site Engineer and Section Engineer at Laing O'Rourke from 2004 to 2009, and a Senior Engineer and Site Agent at Volker Fitzpatrick between 2009 and 2017. Tenniel earned a Diploma in Surveying Engineering with Distinction from the Sydney Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2001.
