Damien Buffat has extensive experience in production management and research development within the food industry. Currently serving as Responsable de site de production and Responsable des Unités de Production at Ekibio since February 2006, Damien Buffat oversees the performance of four different processes, focusing on productivity and profitability optimization. Previously, Damien held the position of Responsable Production Biscuiterie, where responsibilities included the operational management of the biscuit production unit and automation of packaging processes. Prior experience includes roles at Inter Rhône and Établissements Gueze, with a focus on rapid microorganism counting techniques and process automation in food manufacturing, respectively. Damien Buffat holds a Master 2 Degree in Sciences, Technologies, Agro-industrie / affaires agricoles from AgroSup Dijon and has a background in industrial systems engineering related to food products from Aix-Marseille University and a BTS in Agro-Alimentary Industry.
