Twan B.

Twan B. is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in both geoscience and audio engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor in Geodata at Rijkswaterstaat since May 2024, Twan also works as a freelance Audio Engineer for EKKO and as a Front of House Engineer for live shows at De Nijverheid Utrecht. With a background in music composition at Studio Bracco, Twan has worked on music for various media formats. Twan completed a PhD at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, focusing on collision-related volcanism in Europe, while also taking on roles as a Junior Lecturer and Student Assistant. Twan holds a Master's degree in Earth Structure and Dynamics and a Bachelor's degree in Earth Sciences from Utrecht University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate and bilingual education from Alfrink College. Prior experience includes logistics coordination and administrative roles at evofenedex.
