Katie Groat is currently the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of EKN Development, where they enhance executive productivity and support business operations with a focus on detail and collaboration. Previously, at Crown Realty & Development from 2021 to 2023, Katie held dual roles as Executive Assistant and Office Manager, while also serving as Creative Director for the Bermuda Dunes Airport entity, developing innovative marketing campaigns and managing social media. Katie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Deaf Studies from California State University, Northridge from 2016 to 2020.
