Nick Oka

Nick Oka has a diverse work history, starting as an Umpire for the NEWBURY PARK PONY BASEBALL LEAGUE from January 2008 to September 2014. In this role, they focused on developing youth baseball players, leading training sessions, and ensuring safety.

Following that, Nick worked as a Fresh Marketcafé Student Worker at the University of Oregon from October 2015 to June 2016. Nick provided leadership to a team, trained new employees, and offered exceptional customer service.

Nick then joined Apple as an AppleCare Advisor from June 2016 to May 2018. In this role, they trained and advised a large team, effectively communicated in remote work settings, and enhanced the customer service experience.

Currently, Nick is employed at EKN Engineering, starting as a Software Developer I in September 2021 and later being promoted to a Software Developer II in February 2023.

Nick Oka earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Oregon between the years 2015 and 2019.
