Steven Russell has over 10 years of experience in sales and management roles. Steven began their career in 2010 as a Retail Store Manager at T-Mobile, where they were responsible for teaching, coaching, and holding associates and leaders accountable to results on a monthly basis. In 2016, they joined Comcast Business as an Inside Sales Account Executive, where they consulted with SMB & Mid-Market decision makers for multi-location telecommunication services. During their two years at Comcast, they finished 140% to quota in year one and 190% in year two, and led the country with the highest amount of units sold for the newest product launched in the first month. In 2018, they joined Spectrio as an Outbound Sales Manager, where they were promoted to Sales Manager within 7 Months and coached and developed a new hire to become the leading seller out of 40 reps within their first month. Steven also led their team to 197% to quota during their first month as manager with 5 new hires and 8 total reps. In 2020, they joined The Commerce Shop as the Director of Sales, where they were hired as the first Account Executive and created and scaled an outbound channel from scratch in a player/coach role. Steven is now currently driving 2 million in annual revenue per year in the e-commerce industry. Steven Russell is currently the Director of Sales at eko, starting in 2022.
