Chatchan T.

Chatchan T. has extensive experience in various roles and industries. They began their career as a Kitchen Trainee in Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts and The Sukhothai Bangkok, where they gained experience in Italian and Chinese cuisine. They later worked as an F&B Trainee at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit before moving on to an internship at CocoaNymph. Chatchan then became the Head Baker/Assistant Manager at The Bagel Cafe, where they were responsible for recipe research, customer service, and inventory management. They also worked as a Business Development Executive at Lifestyle Juicery Asia and as a Retail Operations Manager at Absolute Fit Food. Chatchan then became an Independent Business Owner at Temper Temper, running their own venture. After that, they joined UNICORN Hotels & Resorts as a Project Coordinator. Currently, Chatchan is working at Amity, where they have held several roles including Business Development Associate, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director of Strategic Projects, and Director and Head of Business Development.

Between 2007 and 2011, Chatchan T. attended Dusit Thani College and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Chatchan's area of specialization was Kitchen and Restaurant Management.
