EKON is a global partner for Business Transformation, AI Adoption and Coaching with senior experts who take responsibility for outcomes, not just strategies.

Most firms present a plan and walk away when the hard part starts. We don't. We stay until it works.

Business Transformation — EKON Studio
Complex change requires more than a diagnosis. Our senior industry veterans embed themselves in your organization, closing the gap between strategic vision and operational reality. From enterprise-wide transformation and organizational redesign to leadership transitions, we own the delivery, not just the recommendation.

AI Adoption — EKON Agents
AI implementation fails when people are left behind. Through EKON Agents, we guide leadership teams and employees through structured, human-centred AI adoption that genuinely changes how work gets done, not just how it looks on paper. Workshops, process automation and end-to-end implementation support. Our consulting services may qualify for public funding of up to 80% through government programs. In Germany, we are registered with the relevant federal authority for this purpose. And with the EU AI Act now in force across Europe, building demonstrable AI literacy in your workforce is a legal obligation, not a future consideration.

Coaching & Leadership
Transformation starts with people. Our coaching practice strengthens the leaders and teams who carry change forward, rooted in real transformation experience, not theory.

What makes the difference: behind every EKON engagement stands a curated network of senior experts across industries and disciplines. Not a generic talent pool, but a purposeful ecosystem that steps in, gets its hands dirty and delivers when it counts.

Founded by experienced change and project managers. Present across Europe and Asia. Measured by results, not slide decks.
