Leonardo Pigñer

Leonardo Pigñer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the field of information security. As CEO and Co-Founder of the Ekoparty Security Conference since January 2000, Pigñer has played a key role in promoting cybersecurity awareness. Additionally, as a Member of G237 at Vistage Argentina since January 2022 and Co-Founder and Board Member at BASE4 Security since November 2008, Pigñer contributes to the recruitment and management of ethical hacking teams and oversees multinational information security projects. Previous roles include Head of Penetration Testing at ETEK INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION and Principal Security Architect at Pan American Energy. Educational qualifications include advanced business management and executive programs from Escuela de Negocios de San Andrés and Universidad de 'San Andrés', as well as a specialized course in national defense from Universidad de la Defensa Nacional.
