Dean Ford has worked in the industry for over 18 years. Dean began their career in 2003 as the Vice President of CVO at ACS, where they managed a line of business for EZ-PASS and PRE-PASS products with applications for transportation companies. Dean grew the business to over 90% market share with over 250,000 vehicles in the system and served as a board member for five different organizations. In 2004, they joined the American Trucking Associations as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they managed membership, sales, marketing and relationships with key trucking executives nationwide. Dean recruited a new sales and marketing team and developed an entirely new association look-and-feel website, revamping the department to provide new focus to membership needs and preferences. In 2006, they moved to IdleAire Technologies Corp. as the Vice President of Sales, where they hired and developed inside and outside sales forces and oversaw double digit growth and tripled operating income in the first year. In 2010, they joined Zonar Systems as the Vice President of Commercial Vehicles Transportation, where they hired a sales force, developed programs for state trucking associations and regional advertising, and brought in several design companies to develop proto-types for new OBC. In 2011, they moved to TrakLok Corporation as the Vice President of Sales and Telematics, where they worked on telematics and security products for start up. In 2013, they joined Transtex Composite as the Director. In 2016, they moved to SmartTruck as the Regional Director. Finally, in 2018, they joined Ekostinger Inc. as the Regional Vice President, and in 2021 they moved to O, where they currently hold the role of O.

Dean Ford obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of North Texas in 1980, with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Dean also obtained a BBA degree from the University of North Texas in 1977, with a field of study in Management.
