Saumya Bhatnagar has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Saumya began their career in 1999 as a Manager - Resourcing at Megasoft Ltd. In 2000, they moved to KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd as a Staffing Specialist. In 2003, they joined Synechron Inc as a Director. In 2009, they became the Chief Executive Officer of ekSource Technologies, Inc.

Saumya Bhatnagar attended Maharshi Dayanand Sarswati University from 1992 to 1995 and Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, in 2019, Bhatnagar obtained an IBM Information Integration & Governance Sales Professional v1 certification from IBM Professional Certification and in 2020, Bhatnagar obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
