Tilen Kalan is a skilled Product Manager at EKWB since January 2022, responsible for overseeing multiple product lines and facilitating communication between international OEMs and internal teams. Previously served as a Product Management Specialist at AmCham Slovenia and participated as a member of AmCham Young Professionals. Tilen's experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Resources Planner at Novartis, where optimization, materials management, and departmental coordination were key responsibilities. Additional expertise was gained in innovative business models and e-mobility at Petrol d.d., alongside R&D engineering tasks during an internship at Danfoss. Tilen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Ljubljana and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Ljubljana. Tilen started as an ice hockey player at HK Triglav Kranj from 2005 to 2017.
