Sid Klein has extensive experience in educational development and strategy, currently serving as Managing Director of Development at EL Education since July 2021. Prior roles include Senior Director of Development at New Teacher Center, where efforts focused on enhancing the effectiveness of new teachers through sustainable mentoring and professional development systems. Klein's background also includes roles at Portland YouthBuilders as Sustainability Manager and Program Founder/Director of Fields to Forks, as well as academic positions at UC Santa Cruz. Klein holds an EdM in Educational Research, Policy, Learning and Teaching from Harvard University and a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
