Tony Bash

Tony Bash is an experienced executive in the consumer packaged goods and beverage industries, currently serving as a General Partner at MacArthur Companies since February 2024, where investment and strategies are focused on CPG. As CEO of El Hempe Spirits since April 2019, Tony leads the distribution of terpine-infused tequila across the West Coast. Previous leadership roles include Chief Executive Officer at Form Factory under Acreage Holdings, and Founder and CEO of Gesundheit Foods, dedicated to healthy food and beverage packaging. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Sales at LiDestri Food & Beverage, CEO of Human Not Hollywood Productions, and various senior marketing roles at Sitevoice and Pop Art. Tony Bash holds a BA in Business Administration from Western Washington University.
