The Program Management team at El Programa Hispano Católico oversees and coordinates various service programs, ensuring they meet the culturally specific needs of the Latino community in the Portland metro area. This team manages and drives initiatives related to housing, energy assistance, community wellness, education, and youth and family engagement, ensuring effective delivery and outreach of services.
