Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Controls at El Seif Engineering Contracting, Simon has previously held significant roles including Executive Director of Project Controls and Planning at Diriyah Company and Deputy Program Manager at Parsons Corporation. Simon's extensive expertise encompasses managing mega projects from various perspectives—client, consultant, and contractor—playing a pivotal role in transformative programs aimed at achieving the Kingdom's 2030 goals. Simon holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Project Management from The University of Salford.
