Ela is a unique, one of a kind program designed to support women get started and excel as consultants. Designed by a psychologist, we know from our experience of designing and analysing dozens of projects, that these key elements are essential for success!

Our program is mission-driven and design to contribute to SDGs 5 and 8. 

1-on-1 sessions: You will have regular sessions with Sarah and other advisors who will guide you through the Ela Growth Blueprint®. 

Peer support: Having others you can relate to and seek advice from is one of the most fundamental human needs. Peer support has been found to be a very powerful tool in so many projects we worked on! 

Inspirational webinars: There are hundreds of incredible consultants around the world who will come and share their stories with us, about how they started and what they learned along the way! 

Expert workshops: These workshops are designed to dive into specific topics that we need to master to be great consultants, such as financial management, writing winning proposals, and lead generation, amongst many other topics! 

Progress tracking tools: These tools are designed based on the Ela Growth Blueprint® and will help you stay consistent when working through the steps!
 
The Ela Chatbot: After working with three or four cohorts, we will launch the Ela Chatbot. It will be trained on the needs of our audience. The Ela Chatbot will be a brainstorming partner to help you think through anything, anytime, anywhere!
