Lars Eilermann

Lars Eilermann has work experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent position being Deputy Head of Human Resources at ELA Container starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR-Generalist at ELA Container from April 2017 to March 2021. Before their time at ELA Container, Lars worked as a Kaufmann at RWE Power AG from July 2013 to June 2014.

Lars Eilermann completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Hochschule Osnabrück from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer, which they completed from 2014 to 2017.
