Tom Lim

Tom Lim is an experienced Lead Consultant and Agile Coach with a strong background in optimizing delivery processes and implementing Agile practices across various organizations. Currently serving as the Optimisation Lead in the Delivery Optimisation Program at REA Group and as a Lead Consultant at Elabor8, Tom has held multiple roles in consulting for institutions including Victoria University and the University of Melbourne, focusing on program delivery models, agile transformation, and team coaching. Previous experience includes a Product Manager role at Flomatika, where Tom contributed to developing value stream management solutions, as well as consulting and coaching positions across institutions like the National Australia Bank and the National Library of Australia. Tom Lim holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne.
