Avinash G

Avinash G began their career in 2011 as a Bench Sales Recruiter for Codespark Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for marketing H1B/Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements, preparing their CV's, and negotiating the rate and billing terms. In 2013, Avinash moved to ClikTek Inc as a Sr. Bench Sales/US IT Recruiter, where they were involved in the entire recruitment life cycle process. Finally, in 2015, Avinash joined eLan Technologies Inc as a Senior Business Development Manager and Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for dealing with vendors to get requirements and delivery suitable consultants, searching and hiring newly university passed out students, finding H4 EADs for client requirements, and coordinating with Prime Vendors and Clients to build relationships.

Avinash G has completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering from 2006 to 2010. Avinash then went on to earn a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering (CAD/CAM) from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (Autonomous) from 2011 to 2014. Currently, Avinash G is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Don Bosco PG College - Acharaya Nagarjuna University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
