John Fields

John Fields currently serves as the Sr Director of Quality at Elanco since December 2023. Prior to this role, John held the position of Director of Quality Assurance at Catalent Pharma Solutions from September 2021 to December 2023. Experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Validation at Emergent BioSolutions from March 2018 to September 2021 and at Evonik Corporation from June 2015 to March 2018. John began a career in validation at Baxter International Inc. as a Validation Associate III from July 2008 to June 2015, and previously worked as a Validation Specialist at Cook Pharmica from 2006 to 2008 and as a Validation Specialist Contractor at Compli, LLC from August 2004 to August 2006. Academic credentials include a degree from Indiana University Indianapolis.
