Michael Becker, CMRP, serves as the Elanco Global Engineering Lead Advisor Engineer since January 2017, providing global support for Reliability & Maintenance. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Maintenance Excellence at Boehringer Ingelheim from February 2013 to January 2017, and various positions at Georgia-Pacific LLC from September 2005 to December 2012, including Plant Manager and Division Reliability Leader. Becker began a career in operations with National Gypsum Company from January 1995 to August 2005, advancing from Plant Engineer to Operations Manager. Earlier military experience includes serving as an Aviation Technician in the US Navy from November 1990 to December 1995. Michael Becker holds a Reliability Engineering Certification from Buena Vista University, obtained between 1996 and 1998.
