Roberta Lima

Roberta Lima is a professional in International Relations, fluent in English and advanced in Spanish, with 12 years of experience in international cooperation across programs in Science, Health, Education, and Human Rights. They have worked in the Third Sector as well as with public and private sectors, focusing on global health, women's rights, access to scientific education, and data intelligence for social protection policies. Roberta is currently the Program Manager at ELAS+, where they oversee program planning, organization, and coordination, and previously held positions including Project Manager at the National Academy of Medicine from 2016 to 2022. They completed a bachelor's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies at UFRJ.
