Michael Findlater

Michael Findlater is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Michael serves as COO/CFO, CEO, and Operations Manager at Elastic Email since September 2011, and holds the position of Senior Business Analyst at Boctek, LLC since January 2017. Additionally, Michael has been the CEO of Finnysoft since February 2010 and was the Principal at Softworks Group Inc. from February 2002 to April 2010. Michael's earlier experience includes database administration at GE Fanuc and independent consulting at W.E. Greer Ltd. Michael began a career in academia as a Research Assistant/Teaching Assistant at the University of Alberta. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology and Organizational Behaviour from the University of Alberta and diplomas in Music and Business Administration from Red Deer Polytechnic.
