Mike Satterfield is an experienced advisor and board member, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Netskrt Systems Inc. and PSCorp Holdings Inc. Since January 2001, Mike has been a co-founder and advisor at Yaletown Partners Inc., significantly contributing to its status as a leading venture capital provider in western Canada, with a focus on business-oriented software. Additional roles include General Partner at Elastic Path Software and various director and board observer positions across multiple technology firms, including Tasktop Technologies and Tutela. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Psychology from The University of British Columbia and a Management Skills in Advanced Technology degree from Simon Fraser University.
