Richard Ormiston

Richard Ormiston has extensive work experience in finance, with a focus on corporate finance and financial management roles. Richard was most recently Vice President Finance at Elastic Path, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to that, they served as Senior Manager of Corporate Finance at LGM Financial Services from 2017 to 2018. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as Director of Finance at SHOES.COM (formerly ShoeBuy), and from 2013 to 2015, they served as Financial Controller at Peer 1 Hosting. Richard began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Manager from 2008 to 2013.

Richard Ormiston obtained a Chartered Accountant (CA) degree in Accounting from the CA School of Business from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Accounting at The University of British Columbia from 2006 to 2008. Richard's education began with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Simon Fraser University, where they attended from 2001 to 2006.
